My reading list πŸ“š

The following is a list of books that I have read so far (yes the list will grow, I'm too lazy to put it all here at once πŸ˜…), these books influence the way I think and make decisions. I hope these books can also help you to learn and grow.

The Infinite Game
Simon Sinek

Key takeaways: We always have a choice in how we doing something, one of which is running our business. Finite mindsets mostly focus on winning, while infinite mindsets develop a more significant cause than ourselves or our business.

My take on this book: This book really influenced how I think and make decisions in leading startup and professionally in the company that I work with.

Key takeaways: Product teams are the foundation for business success, but we have to empowered them. Give them the problems to solve, not the feature to build. Trust them to solve those problems in the best way they see fit. Instead of working on features (output), they are held accountable for solving customer problems.
Coaching is what turns ordinary people into extraordinary teams, spend time with your team to build trust and give them the quality coaching they need. Like Bill Campbell said "Leadership is about recognizing that there's a greatness in everyone, and your job is to create an environment where that greatness can emerge".
